Built so small businesses can compete.

TenderFinder exists because Australian government procurement is unnecessarily complicated. We level the playing field so small businesses can bid — and win.

Our mission

TenderFinder is an Australian technology platform based in New South Wales. We saw too many capable small businesses miss out on government contracts — not because they weren't qualified, but because the system wasn't designed for them.

We built TenderFinder to change that. Real tenders in plain English, a traffic-light qualification system that tells you whether to bid, and an AI that reads the actual tender documents and writes a structured response tailored to your business — not a generic template.

What we believe

Three principles that guide every decision we make at TenderFinder.

Government work should be accessible to everyone

Government procurement has historically favoured large companies with dedicated tender teams. Small businesses with genuine capability deserve a real shot at public contracts — and the tools to compete fairly.

Plain English beats bureaucratic jargon

Tender documents are written by public servants, for public servants. We translate them into plain English so a plumber, a cleaner, or a small IT firm can understand what's being asked — and decide quickly whether it's worth pursuing.

The best bid wins — not the biggest company

Government evaluators score responses against published criteria. They don't care how big your company is. Our AI bid tool helps you write to those criteria with the depth and structure that evaluators are trained to reward.
